Fibronectin Adhesion-Promoting Peptide (also known as Heparin Binding Peptide, WQPPRARI) is a synthetic 8-amino acid peptide derived from the carboxy-terminal heparin-binding domain of fibronectin. This peptide sequence (Trp-Gln-Pro-Pro-Arg-Ala-Arg-Ile) exhibits potent cell adhesion-promoting properties by interacting with cell surface heparin sulfate proteoglycans and integrin receptors.
